How to Check Case and FIR detail online

The Courts of Pakistan have started updating online detail including upcoming date of cases. Now You can check of upcoming date of case and FIR detail. Whether you are in Pakistan or out of Pakistan you can check detail of case and FIR of any court and Police Station of Pakistan and also download FIR Copy. The way of checking of all provinces / courts are same so we will discuss one of them.

How to check Case Detail online

By accessing Sindh High Court's Website you can check case detail either it is in Sindh High Court Karachi or in any District Court its could be check through Sindh High Court's Website. If case is in any other province's court for example case is any court of Punjab we will access Lahore High Court's website or case is in any other province method is same will access its high courts.

For accessing Sindh High Court's website we can type direct in google SHC or we can directly type link of Sindh High Court (www.sindhhighcourt.gov.pk) by both ways will land on Sindh High Court's Page where you can see top menu (Home, Introduction, Judges, Case Law, Roster Sittings, Administration, District Judiciary, Case Search and overseas Pakistanis.

If we talk about middle you can see Laws, Case information, Officer Official, News Events, Progress Reports etc. By clicking on cause list we can check upcoming date and other detail of under process cases. You also cane check same detail of Circuit Court Hyderabad, Sindh High Court Sukkur Bench, Circuit Court Larkana and Additional Registrar (OS).

For Checking upcoming date of case you have to click on District Judiciary in top menu then in search cases (in middle bellow of district courts of Sindh).

Now you will be on next page, Case Flow Management System (CFMS) for District Courts of Sindh.

CFMS have been designed for online case flow checking everyone can access and check it. Here you can see options (Search Case, Cause List, News, Court Proceedings and Commercial Proceedings) if you want search Case detail be you can search by district, by case No, by Case Year, by Court Type or by Case Category. If You want to know FIR detail click on FIR button (in left of Case) you can search FIR by district, Police Station, FIR No, or by Year.

How to Know upcoming date of case

For knowing upcoming, you have to click on cause list button (in top menu) then you will land this page

Now you have to select District or Court and click on show cause list now result will be displayed.

• For example you want to see cases of Malir district you will select Malir District and show cause list.
• If you want to show cases of any particular court you have to select that court and then show cause list
• You can also check date wise cases of any particular for example you want to see cases of ATC-1 on 30 of August you have to select that ATC-1 and 30 August and then click on Show Cause List
